We currently ship to:

• All states within Malaysia (Peninsular & East Malaysia)

International shipping may be arranged upon request.

 

2. Shipping Duration

Peninsular Malaysia: 2–5 business days
Sabah & Sarawak: 5–8 business days

Delivery times may vary during peak seasons or unforeseen delays.

 

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping fees are calculated based on:

• Delivery location

• Weight & size of items

• Courier rates

Exact fee will be shown at checkout.

 

4. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

 

5. Tracking Information

A tracking number will be emailed or SMS’ed to you once the order is shipped.

• Your parcel does not arrive within the estimated time

• Your parcel is damaged upon arrival
