1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

  • The product is unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition

Non-returnable items:

  • Used items

  • Items without original packaging

  • Clearance items

  • Personal hygiene items (e.g., eye masks, compression socks)

 

2. Return Process

  1. Contact us at questory.supply@outlook.com within 7 days of receiving the item.

  2. Provide your Order ID and clear photos of the item and issue.

  3. Once approved, ship the item back to us.

  4. After inspection, we will process your refund or exchange.

 

3. Refund Method

Refunds will be issued via:

  • Bank transfer, or

  • Store credit

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

4. Return Shipping Cost

  • If the return is due to defect/damage/wrong item, we will cover the cost.

  • If it is due to change of mind, customer must bear the return shipping fee.

 

5. Exchanges

You may request an exchange for the same item or an item of similar value (subject to stock availability).

 

6. Late or Missing Refunds
